    At LEASE signing, U.S.A. Fire & Burglar Alarm, LLC requires a $650.00 deposit + first and last month's lease payment. The deposit is refundable at the end of the lease agreement based on terms and conditions of the lease contract. A minimum of 90 days shall be required for a lease contract.

    At PURCHASE signing, U.S.A. Fire & Burglar Alarm, LLC requires 50% of the total balance as a down payment and the remaining balance is due at installation. The monitoring agreement shall be for 36 months. First year's monitoring is due at purchase signing. Remaining monitoring is billed annually.
