Are you locally owned and do you monitor locally? YES
A local company has more time and energy vested into the community. These are the people that live, work, and support the community. We are your neighbors watching out for you. We strive to provide the best customer service to our neighbors. |

Are your products the same quality as a national company's products? YES
Nearly every alarm company sells Ademco (Honeywell), DSC, and/or Napco. We sell this equipment as well. Many times people feel that a national name means higher quality equipment or services. This is not always true. We will provide you with the same quality products and we strive for a superior level of customer service as well. |

Will you save more than 40% compared to the national company? YES
How much are you currently paying for monitoring? Compare our rates, $7.50 per month for monitoring, to any of the national alarm companies and you'll find that we are 40% less expensive and in some cases over 50% less expensive for monthly monitoring. |

Will the owner of the company take time to talk to me? YES
Unlike a national company, Brian Mahl and Burl Mahl are always available to speak with if you need them. Our customers are very important to us and we will take the time to talk to each and every one of our customers. In addition, all after hour emergency phone calls are forwarded to Brian's cell phone. |

Are you fully licensed and insured? YES
If there are ever any errors upon installation or repair, it is comforting to know that your alarm company is covered. Make sure that you ask to see a copy of the current Workman's Comp Policy as well as the General Liability Insurance Policy. In addition, make sure that you ask to see a copy of the current State Fire Marshal's license for the company and/or employees. |
